Geometric forms are used throughout the design to optimise sunlight exposure while enhancing privacy.

Interior finishes incorporate stone, Patagonia Marble, glass and bespoke materials, with bronze and oakwood applied to key spaces.

Residences are arranged as spacious open-plan layouts.

Aquatic facilities comprise an adult pool, a shallow pool, a children's pool and a dedicated splash attraction named Aqua Joy.

Family amenities also include a children's play area called Little Marvels, outdoor seating, walking paths, a yoga zone and a floating pergola deck.

Owners are offered Binghatti Bespoke, comprising concierge and property-management services, annual maintenance, holiday-home management, unit resale assistance, sale of parking spaces, furniture packages and a single-scan access solution.
