Damac Islands is an area located within DubaiLand, Dubai.

Unit layouts: The development will comprise a mix of four- and five-bedroom townhouses as well as six- and seven-bedroom villas

Homes, design and facilities

The development takes its inspiration from renowned tropical island destinations including the Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles, Hawaii, Bali, and Fiji.

The community comprises tropical island-themed neighbourhoods centred around a series of lagoons.

The lagoons run through the centre of the community and can be used for swimming and paddling.

The community will have a variety of water-themed attractions including an aqua dome, a jungle river, an aqua park, a waterfall lagoon and a minigolf island.

A wedding venue will be located adjacent to the lagoon.

The central hub fountain will incorporates water, fire, and laser elements.

The central hub will include an Aqua Dome with underwater life projections and dining areas.

The Hot Springs Spa includes cascading lagoon waterfalls, infinity-edge pools, and outdoor relaxation spaces.

The lagoon has floating yoga decks.

At the time of launch there is estimated to be 14,896 residential units in the community, consisting of villas and townhouses.

Water platforms are provided which can accommodate social events and contain bars and relaxation areas.

Residents will be able to view the community by night on the lagoon on a gondola-style paddling experience with LED illumination.

A 'jungle river' runs through the community, bordered by vegetation and featuring water lilies, cascading waterfalls, and rapids.

On-site adventure activities include a zipline and jungle swings which provide views over the lagoon and surrounding area.

A calisthenics park and a fitness park equipped with various sports equipment are included.

The community will have a tortoise garden, a parrot park, and a wildlife park for residents and visitors to experience local fauna.

The residences have open-plan layouts, private terraces, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
