Eltiera Views Tower 1 will comprise a mix of one- , two- , and three-bedroom apartments as well as two penthouses and four retail units; Eltiera Views Tower 2 will comprise a mix of one- , two- , and three-bedroom apartments as well as two penthouses; Eltiera Views Tower 3 will comprise a mix of one- , two- , and three-bedroom apartments as well as two penthouses and a retail unit; Eltiera Views Tower 4 will comprise a mix of one- , two- , and three-bedroom apartments as well as two penthouses.

Payment plan: The project was launched with an installment plan allowing investors to pay 20% as a deposit on booking, 50% during the construction phase, and 30% upon handover of the property. Down payment 20% Construction 50% Handover 30%.
