Millennium Estates

Millennium Estates is a new residential development in the Meydan area of Dubai.

The gated community occupies the southern extension of the Meydan City masterplan area, next to the grandstand.

It consists of 198 luxury villas covering a site measuring 3.8 million square feet.

Meydan is the master developer, responsible for the roads and services, whilst G&Co is the developer who bought the land from Meydan in 2010 and built the houses.

The project was launched in April 2013 and the properties were all sold by June2013.

Construction started in 2013 and was completed in 2016.

The two storey villas come in three sizes: Type A with a combined floor space of 7,371 square feet, Type B at 2,993 square feet and Type C at 5,221 square feet.
