Rukan is a residential neighbourhood in Wadi El Safa, DubaiLand, not far from the Arabian Ranches and close enough to key shopping malls, golf courses and entertainment complexes.
The community includes retail areas, recreational facilities and residential homes, surrounded by lush greenery, shopping centres, cycling trails and quaint picnic areas.
The accommodation comprises more than 1,200 contemporary townhouses plus 608 apartments in Rukan Tower.
The first phase of Rukan Lofts, as the townhouses are called, includes 349 properties while the second phase includes a firther 305. They are all provided with a dedicated parking bay and private front and back yards.
The apartments are ‘each designed to offer both functionality and contemporary modernity for their residents’.
The development covers about 2,600,000sq ft, 70% of which consists of wide open spaces and greenery.
The developer claims that Rukan is a neighbourhood that remains ‘true to its Arabian roots ... paying homage to both the East and West offering a space filled with vibrant culture, contemporary style and traditional tranquility’.
