About Serena
Serena is a newly proposed affordable housing project in DubaiLand adjacent to Dubai Sustainable City and phase 2 of Arabian Ranches.
The project is being developed by Dubai Properties Group and will cover an area of 8.2 million square feet.
Serena is divided into five phases, the first three being Bella Casa, Casa Dora and Casa Viva.
The first phase, Serena Bella Casa, will consist of two- and three-bed townhouses along with three-bed semi-detached villas. The Spanish-styled homes will be arranged around clusters that each contain four to six units.

The neighbourhood has direct access to Emirates Road, just a few minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport.
The Spanish Plaza is situated at the point where Serena meets Emirates Road and provides an array of restaurants, neighbourhood cafés and retail.
