Homes, design and facilities
The apartments are designed in collaboration with Lebanese fashion designer, Zuhair Murad.
The living rooms will have a secret door leading to the bedrooms and apartments on the top three floor contain drop-down beds built into their ceilings, allowing the living space to be remodelled into a second sleeping unit.
The lobby is promised to have a mesmerizing collection of mirrors, crystals, and displays showcasing the creations of Zuhair Murad.
The pool deck above the podium will contain a large swimming pool with a network of 'waterborne catwalks' that link man-made islands together.
