Homes, design and facilities
Mr. C is a boutique hospitality and residences brand founded by bothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani. They operate a number of hotels in the US including Mr. C Seaport in New York and Mr. C Coconut Grove in Miami.
Ignazio Cipriani is a co-owner of the development firm, Alta Real Estate Development.
The architectural concept was inspired by the curvaceous, natural forms found in desert dunes and ocean waves. The interiors have a "luxury yacht feel."
There will be a private elevator to each floor, private plunge pools and penthouses with private rooftop gardens.
Luxhabitat Sotheby's International Real Estate has been commissioned to handle the sales. Pre-sales started in October 2021.
The building was designed by architect Bernardo Fort Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors handled by New York-based firm Meyer Davis.
A one-of-a-kind triplex penthouse is the centrepiece of the development, offering views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Canal. Crafted in collaboration with renowned architect Bernardo Fort Brescia and interior designer Will Meyer, the penthouse spans two floors and features six bedrooms, top-quality materials like oak flooring, natural stone, and tinted glass. Unique features include a landscaped rooftop garden, three pools, a private elevator, and a double-height living room.
Every unit is fitted with drinkable water filters throughout and enabled with smart-home automation for control of lights, curtains, and sound.
The signature unit is a triplex apartment which features a large rooftop pool with 360-degree views of the Dubai skyline.
