The building comprises 30 narrow towers in ascending height order, arranged side-by-side in a spiral formation.

The towers are connected by a podium that contains parking and shared amenities.

The residential units range from studio to five-bedroom configurations.

The Mercedes emblem is embedded in the bottom of the adult's pool, visible from above.
