Homes, design and facilities
Payment plan: The project was launched with an installment plan allowing investors to pay 10% as a deposit on booking, 40% during the construction phase, 10% upon handover of the property, and 40% over a set period of time after handover. Down payment 10% Construction 40% Handover 10% Post-handover 40%.
The project was originally developed by Al Attar Properties LLC with the National Engineering Bureau acting as the architectural consultant and building work done by Arab Contractors Dubai LLC. After topping out, the project then went on hold for over a decade before being taken over in 2022 by Ajman developer, GJ Real Estate.
The 2022 sales launch is being handled by a local real estate agency, Ax Capital.
Given its close proximity to Sheikh Zayed Road, the unfinished tower has been used as a popular fixture for skyscraper-scale advertising hoardings.
The apartments and feature interiors designed by Gary Greene Design.
The building's top six floors will house the exclusive Atmosphere Collection penthouses.
Amenities at Biltmore Sufouh Residence will include an Olympic-sized pool, a kids’ pool, a health club, a fully-equipped gym, paddle tennis courts, and a Zen Garden.
Units have been offered to investors with a 10% deposit and a five-year payment plan.
