In August 2020 the developer, Mirwais Azizi, is quoted as saying: "we have now decided to launch Creek Views II, opening the doors for even more families to bask in uninhibited lavishness, modernism and connectivity, as well as enjoy unobstructed views of the stunning surroundings."
Cerim porcelain tiles by Italian manufacturer Florim are being used for the corridors.
The building was previously named Creek Views 2 by Azizi but was changed to Fawad Azizi Residence in 2023. We suspect this is, in part, owing to its lack of actual Creek views.
