Peninsula Three is a new 49-storey residential skyscraper in Business Bay promising modern apartments with exceptional community facilities.
The tower is located in the Peninsula art district.
Studio apartments range in size from 410 to 436 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments range from 644 to 823 sq ft and two-bedroom apartments range from 931 to 1,061 sq ft.
Residents will be able to access landscaped gardens and parks with local flora, all in the neighbourhood.
The residential tower is designed by award-winning architectural firm Killa Design, famous for its recent work on Museum of the Future. The design makes use of metal and timber finishes across the internal spaces to complement the colour scheme of the residences.
A viewing deck on the 50th floor will offer panoramic views of Downtown Dubai.
