Homes, design and facilities
The development is an extension of The Dubai Beach Edition hotel and comprises four residential towers with 165 full-service homes.
The interiors of the residences and shared areas are designed by Rockwell Group.
The residences have exclusive access to a private beach reserved for the development and not shared with neighbouring projects. This is the only Edition property worldwide with its own private beach.
The homes have floor-to-ceiling windows and landscaped outdoor terraces or private gardens in selected units.
There is a dedicated, 24-hour attended private residential lobby with its own entrance foyer.
There is a central drop-off area with valet parking and dedicated parking for residents.
Residents have direct access to the marina promenade.
There are multiple swimming pools including a residences pool, a lap pool and a family pool.
The project offers a social lobby lounge, private VIP lounge and various day- and night-time venues.
